Cancellation & Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is important for your child's progress in therapy.

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: No charge.

• Late cancellations (2–48 hours): 50% of the session fee.

• No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours: 100% of the session fee.

• Each family is allowed one late cancellation or no-show per trimester without a fee.

• Frequent cancellations or rescheduling may result in your appointment time being released and your child being placed on our waitlist until consistent attendance can be maintained.

• Please arrive on time for pick-up, as sessions cannot be extended beyond their scheduled end time. Late pick-up may result in your child's appointment being shortened.
